Surrounded by high moors and interlaced with cascading streams and waterfalls, Heartbeat Country is a walker’s paradise. You will experience the Mallyan Spout Waterfall, which at over 60 feet, is the tallest waterfall on the North York Moors. There is also evidence of the Roman army on Wheeldale Moor, the location of one of the best preserved Roman roads in England.
Surrounded by an abundance of crosses, stones and ancient monuments side by side, countless tales of thieves, rogues and smugglers, making for one of the most intriguing walking locations within the National Park. Situated on the popular North York Moors railway line with its magnificent steam engines Goathland station was also used by Warner Brothers as the setting for Hogsmeade Station in Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone. You may wish to take a trip down memory lane on the North York Moors Railway, travelling by steam to Grosmont or Whitby.
Prices are based on two people sharing en-suite accommodation, staying on a bed & breakfast basis. This walking holiday includes all transport to and from the trail for each days walking.

The hotel is located within the village of Goathland where you are well placed to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding moors and depending on the time of year the purple clad carpet of heather.

Heartbeat Holiday breaks is a 3 or 4 night walking holiday, and is offered all year round and you may start your break on any day of the week pending availability.
All prices quoted are based on 2 people sharing on a bed and breakfast basis.

4 night stay £380 per person
There is a group discount of 10% for groups of 4 or more adults.
